		<description>In defense of the USPTO, I really have to say that do the best that they can.  They are given X number of hours for each case, and that means that we find the best art that we can and throw it at the Applicant.

If the public has an issue with that, write to your elected representatives and tell them to pass laws and change rules to give examiners more time.

Also, if the public has a problem with it, people are always free to find prior art on their own and submit it to the PTO for a re-exam.
